- If there is a tie in total weight on a tournament night, the winning team will be determined by which team has the least amount of fish and then, if both have the same number of fish, it will be decided by the weight of largest fish! It is up to the team weighing in to declare their large fish and ask for it to be weighed individually for all tie breakers.
- If there is a tie in weight on a tournament night, the winning team will be determined by which team has the least amount of fish and then, if both have the same number of fish, it will be decided by large fish!
- S.W.I.M. Fishing League promotes catch and release. All fish will be released immediately following weigh-in. It is up to each team to make sure their fish are released.
- If any fish are not live enough to be released, fish must be taken home and cleaned or given to someone who will eat them and not waste this resource.
- SWIM will not tolerate dead fish being dumped back into the lake or left on shore by anyone!!!!
- If any team is found not following this guideline, they will be DQ'ed for the next contest, and if it happens again they will be DQ'ed for the year without any reimbursements of fees paid.
